A water-based, zero-VOC silane-siloxane blend that soaks into the concrete and reacts within the pores, forming an invisible, breathable barrier against moisture, freeze-thaw, and de-icer damage. No film, no sheen, no color change.
A higher-concentration, low-VOC silane-siloxane formula with a deeper-driving silane fraction, building a denser hydrophobic zone that holds its repellency longer under traffic, UV, and seasonal cycling.
A different class of chemistry entirely: an eco-friendly, low-VOC polyester-polymer that penetrates up to four inches deep and cures into a hard solid inside the slab. Rather than coating the top, it fills and reinforces the concrete from within, sealing out water and efflorescence while keeping the surface’s natural, slip-resistant traction
